Is Employment Certificate Necessary To Apply A Korean Tourist Visa?

I want to apply for a tourist visa in Korea because a friend invited me to spend vacation. I am a branch manager of a private company but they do not issue me an employment certificate because I'm still connected with the company. Is there any options aside from employment certificate? How about my latest pay slip? Are they going to accept it?

To apply for a Korean tourist visa, the employment certificate is not mandatory. All you need to do is to submit the documents including you passport, pay slip or bank statement and the visa documents. The process will take 15 to 25 days.
