What Is Mean By Organizational Behavior?

OB is the attitude of employees or workers with the organization. That how they come to the organization may be late or in time. And  some doing very absentees.  There are two factors of its causing  (1) Situational factors and (2) Habitual factors. Situational factors are traffic problems or emergencies etc. And habitual factors ore their habits that they come to organization late every day with out any reason. In  OB also include their relationship with other employees or with subordinates  or with there boss.
