This is a tricky one because you are questioning the word of a daughter to her father. Yet you can't let her get away with this for much longer. I think it is important that you as well as your co-worker say something. Maybe a letter is the way; a smartly typed letter, stating that you both are being punished unfairly for things that are not true, that you have given long and good service to the company and that you no longer appreciate being the victim of such fabrications. Whilst you understand that the daughter may be protecting her father's business from something, in this case, she is not correct.
Look, at the end of the day, if this man takes his daughter's word unquestionably over his work force, I think he might not be that bright, but underneath he may question it.
Either you put up with the lies and nonsense or outright say something and face the consequences.
