Yes strategies address public order issues and protection of individual rights. Though, not all systems may be perfect, there's always underlying corruption or human error. Yet, it underlies the founding principles and interests responsible for keeping crime in check and a constant striving to achieve a more stable society where an individual's rights, interests and possessions are protected and ensure a secure functioning of human systems. Five of many criminal justice system strategies may include the following or more :-

    1) Adjudication: Equipping the tools and ensuring a proper system in place for prosecution and trials, defense attorneys or appointment of judges.

    2) Correctional strategies: Prisons, juvenile homes and other correctional facilities in place to house the criminals taken off the streets. For punishment, retribution and correction.

    3) Crime Prevention Strategies: Systems in place to educate people on their rights and responsibilities and keeping crime in check. Underscoring all the necessary steps to be taken which ensure a crime does not take place in the first place

    4) Law Enforcement: Creating and managing a public order governing body and policing system to keep crime in check on the streets and in society generally.

    5) Counter Terrorism: To ensure terrorist activities are closely monitored and addressed appropriately with effective measures and a radical justice system.
