What Kind Of Pastry To Use With Beef Wellington?

    An authentic recipe would call for puff pastry.  I like to use crescent dough - Pillsbury.  I just roll it out, and press out the perforations in the dough.  It works great, and taste delicious.  It's a great substitute for recipes asking for puff pastry.
