Cultural differences can result in many issues and problems at workplace. For example, An Indian Hindu working for an advertising agency in US will have problems, if there is a campaign related to or in any way degrading Cows in a way. As Cows have a religious and cultural significance for them. But on the other hand an American would be perfectly okey with it.
