My 11 Week Kitten Has 2 Large Hard Lumps In His Abdomen, Vets Said Constipation And Worms, Enemas And Wormer Not Helping. What Else Could These Lumps Be?

First vet said worms, wormed him, not helping. Second vet said severe constipation, have been giving enemas several times a day for 6 days, not helping. What else could these lumps be? My kitten is slowly dying-someone please help me! He is very weak and miserable?

I am surprised how vet diagnosed constipation by simply examining the abdomen. In my opinion you should go for the abdominal ultrasound of your kitten in order to know the type of lump.
This lump can be an ingested sharp object, cyst or tumor which can be non cancerous, cancerous or precancerous.  Only ultrasound and some blood works can help to diagnose the problem.

Thank you for your response, I took him to an animal hospital and insisted they do xrays or ultrasound. they did xrays and it is his kidneys!! She said they were too large and there wasn't anything they could do for him since he is so young and little. She gave him a 50/50 chance and told me to pump him full of fluids. which I have been doing...I had to return to work today and when i got home he isn't doing so well, he is very weak and his kidneys are huge and pertruding. I just hope he isn't in too much pain and he goes quietly to heaven.. this was our first kitten and we were very attached even though he is so young!! Sad that it took 3 vets to figure this out! Thank you for your time and have a wonderful day!!
