I'm In A Rental Lease Agreement And Owners Go Into Forecloser With Lender. Can Lender Break Lease Agreement And Move Me Out With Very Littal Notice Or Do I Have Some Rights Or Sudden Hardship Rights?

I'm living in a rental home and just got a notice to quit from the lender due to owner going into forecloser.

Your lease was with the owner, not the lender. Since they are being foreclosed on there isn't much likelihood you are going to be able to get any compensation from them. Go to the Department of Housing and Urban Development web site and select your state. They will refer you to the state agency that can help you sort this out.
