To get ditto in Pokemon, you need a pokeradar, which you get after you beat the elite 4, and go to rout 218. Find a good patch of grass there and use the pokeradar. The grass should move a little, and if it flashes a little, theres a good chance its a non-sinnoh pokemon (like ditto)
