I agree with countvak, and I wanted to add that if the damage is minimum with discoloration Bar Keepers Friend will remove the dark marks.

There are porcelain repair materials that will fill in and repair cracks, breaks and burns. If you go to a home store or hardware store they can lead you to the products that are available. They come in different colors but be prepared to not have the repair look as if nothing happened. It might also require some sanding and pre-application work as well as post work to help in minimizing the repaired area visual appearance and equalize the surface area that is repaired.
