    Can Cats Drink Cows' Milk?

    My cat will not drink anything apart from cows milk. Have tried her with tap water, bottled water and cats milk as was told that cats can become ill from drinking cows milk. I am a new cat owner and i am worried that she will become dehydrated!!!! Help!

    Cat can drink cow's milk but they don't need it regularly as human do. Cats can drink it occasionally. Cats can spend their whole life without the cow's milk.

      No the can't . Once they are weaned from the mother cat, that's it . Give them only water. Their little bellies can't take it.

      No, their bodies can not break down the sugars. You can use Lactade or add lactade additives to regular milk. They do best with fresh clean water on a daily basis

      My cat only drinks beer and sometimes whiskey, if I cut it with cream. I know there are some important nutrients in beer, but I'm worried that it might be more detrimental than helpful for him.
