I want to know if something is wrong with me because when i used the restroom earlier i saw that there was blood coming out of my rectum and when i looked in the toilet the water was red this also came along with blood clots does anyone know what this can possibly be?

The blood in stool can be due to hemorrhoids, infection in the intestine including colon and rectum and it can also be due to infection in stomach and esophagus. If the color of the blood is brown or dark then the problem can be in the upper abdomen. If the color is red then the problem can be in the intestines or hemorrhoids. I advise you to visit the doctor and get differential diagnosis and proper treatment.
