    Considering that iron is essential to nearly all living organisms, I would say that Bluebirds would have "iron inside them".

    One interesting thing to note is that it is believed that some birds (i.e. - homing pigeons) actually develop iron-containing structures in their beaks, which is believed to help aid them in navigating as they use the Earth's magnetic field.
