There are more than 3 most common diseases and one should be aware of them to save his/her pet from suffering. Most of the times, dogs die in care of their own due to lack of knowledge. A word of advise would be to go to your dogs vet as soon as your little one starts behaving abnormally because who knows when it's too late.

The first most common disease is for the dogs that are non-vaccinated. Distemper disease can be caused if the dog comes in contact with an infected animal of such disease. The virus can cause death due to the inflammation of the brain; however fever and loss of appetite are the signs that tell you to go to the vet.

Another virus that the dogs are susceptible to is the hepatitis. Liver can be damaged severely in this disease which can also lead to the inflammation of the brain and to subsequent death.

The 3rd most common disease is in direct relation to the pet owner's lack of knowledge. A dog which consumes raw salmon is susceptible to such disease which is called Salmon poisoning. Raw Salmon when infected with bacteria's causes dogs to have high fever, which can be enough to take their lives with a couple of days. A fatal disease, but one that can be prevented from the owner's knowledge of not feeding their dogs with raw and unhygienic Salmon.
