The answer depends on your work preferences but generally people would say a decentralized flow of information with my supervisor works best. In this approach, the decision making is not always from the top rather he could also get me involved and listen to my ideas.

The best answer would be " i am able to do my work without any supervision" or u can say " more democratic style of supervision is better where there's two way communication.
