Which Driver Errors, Really Get On Your Nerves?

People who do not know how to merge into traffic or especially the highway, get on my last nerve, it is as if they were waiting for a written invitation. I think it should be on the standard driving test, way more important than parrallel parking.

The most irritating error of the drivers for me it to turn left or right without an indicator. Most of the drivers seem to be lost in the fantasy world. I think they even at times forget that they are driving.

I have to agree with Zuhail... It aggravates me when people don't use their turn signals. It also bothers me when they try to force themselves in front of you while driving. Very dangerous.

I hate it when people speed up to block you from merging or switching lanes. I rarely do it, but if I have my blinker on to switch and they speed up I cut them off. Not a good thing to do when they are already displaying aggression.

The thing I hate the very most are these folks who are trying to drive -- making turns, backing out of driveways or parking spots, etc., and are TALKING ON THE PHONE!!

We had one person almost run into us last weekend because she was too busy on the darned phone to check for oncoming traffic, and she was driving an Escalade.  And they just keep driving ... ... Like they're the only ones on the road! OOOOOH

Thanks for allowing me to share this with you today.

Definitely NOT using their turn signals, following too close, tail-gating.  I can be in a perfectly good mood until I start driving somewhere...then my mood quickly changes.  It seems like lots of people these days have lost (or never had) respect and courtesy for other drivers...what is it??  It's all about a "me" attitude.  I am not a perfect driver but I do try to be respectful of other drivers.

People who do not know what a yield sign is used for, like when I am at a stop light making a left hand turn and I have a green arrow the cars across are making a right turn because they have a green light with a yield sign, they just go right on out there almost hitting me and then they get mad because they have no idea what yield means.

Traffic Regulators: They jockey to the passing lane only to pace the lane next to them. Often they ride in blind spots or yammer on their cell phones.

I absolutely loathe when people tail gate me..Also when the driver in front of throws his or her lit cigarette out the window and it falls towards me..that is so rude.
