I had an accident and I believe it's totaled does the rebuilt salvage tag mean I won't get compansated?

If it was already totaled by an insurance company in the past (meaning the cost of repairs is more than the value of the car the moment before impact) then you may get some compensation depending on your state, your insurance coverage, the other guys insurance, circumstance of the accident but probably not as much as if the car had clear title. This shouldn't affect any medical related reimbursements.
