Most people in the office consider the general manager the only boss.But what about the office supervisor ? We have a dilema in our office wheter we should give her a small gift or a card to celebrate Boss's day.I think it's ok, most people disagree with that saying-she is not a boss. What you think?

Tricky one, but maybe it depends on how you see your supervisor rather than what it says on paper. If she is the person you see every day, the person you go to with problems etc, and she is well respected by the staff, why not give a little token? Something very small like chocolates. I think it does depend on your company - for example, in my workplace we see the supervisor more as the boss because we rarely see the director.
