This Question Is Answered:
If a contract was never signed and I rented for 6 years without any type of lease, can the landlord sue if I leave the a few pieces of furniture and and don't professionally clean when I leave?
I bought a new home and from closing to when I needed to be out was only 3 days. I cleaned the house the best I could but left a washmachine and dryer(both work) a desk, a computer desk and chester drawer that I wouldn't fit in the uhaul. I also realized I forgot to get everything out of the fridge...I owed $140 (prorated) and paid $200 for the inconvenience. Is this fair....

No, in a case whereof no contract was signed. You don't need to do such things. And you're free from such liabilities.
