How Can I Edit A PDF File?

Answer Question

It is considered best to alter the original document and then recreate the PDF file; and this is especially true when using both a PDF and a printed version as the documents remain in sync. It is also possible to edit the required pages and then add them into the original PDF file. The text that requires editing can be changed by using the Touchup Text Tool. Once the text that has to be edited is selected a box will appear around the text that can be altered.

Now in order to edit the text on the page you need to have the same font that is used in the text document or it shall not allow you to edit the file. If different fonts are present copying and pasting sections is also not possible. Only a few words can be added or removed or the document falls out of sync. Accessing the properties menu by right clicking the selected text will allow you to make changes to the colour, letter spacing, making the text italic or bold and alignment through the Touchup type tool.

PDF files are generally used to cut the size of the data files. For the depiction of two dimensional files on a display and machine self-reliant firm layout file design. All of the PDF file summarize total depiction of a 2D files, the PDF files contain the images, text different styles of fonts and other graphics.

In general to read the PDF files we just need PDF reader but for the editing of PDF files, we have to install PDF reader + writer which are essential for editing the PDF files, without the PDF writer you can't edit the PDF file.

For just copying the images or text to another document you can use the PDF reader but with in the PDF reader you can't copy any thing. For editing the PDF file you can use many font faces like Times new roman, courier with the facility of bold, italic, and underline feature, and many more features like in any other editing software, like Microsoft word and power point and many more.

There is a facility in the PDF files that whatever format you have made currently in your document, it will become the same on all computers wherever you want to open it, the format will be the same.
