George W Bush, possible war criminal and demonstrably a liar ...
Can't argue with the facts -he IS a liar ...

without WMDs in Iraq he could be arrested and prosecuted as a war
criminal for "planning and waging an aggressive war" (that's the same
thing the Nazis were prosecuted for at the Nurenburg War Trials) along
with T B-Liar (former PM of the UK) and of course their cronies

is demonstrably the reason Donald Rumsfeld cancelled his trip to
Germany after a US human rights organisation asked German authorities
to prosecute him for war crimes, (As reported by Deutsche
Presse-Agentur in 2005)
Rumsfeld informed the German
government via the US embassy that he would not take part in the Munich
Security Conference in February 2005 , conference head Horst Teltschik
told the press - the fact Rumsfeld cancelled if PROOF that these allegations are taken seriously

New York-based Centre for Constitutional Rights filed a complaint in
December 2004 with the Federal German Prosecutor's Office against
Rumsfeld accusing him of war
crimes and torture in connection with detainee abuses at Iraq's Abu Ghraib prison.
Rumsfeld
made it known immediately after the complaint was filed that he would
not attend the Munich conference unless Germany quashed the legal
action.
In other words Rumsfeld is a coward who is too scared to face up to his responsibilities (a bit like the Chimp in Chief there then ;-) )

He is by some accounts a recovering alcoholic that deserted from and never completed National Service
