How To Reduce Mental Stress?

Can you tell me any remedies to reduce mental stress?? May it be some home remedies or some physical exercise? But except all that stuff like meditation..

    Best physical exercise for mental stress is yoga. Other than that aquarium that is fish tank is very good for for mental health
    always try doing anything which relax your mind, if you like to watch movies than don't go for fighting or horror ones. Go for a walk see some children playing, go out in beautiful parks early in the morning, walk on the wet grass bare footed and try to involve your self in productive activities.

      Since I love words, I like to do crosswords, or read. But you can take a hot bath, and rest in there for an hour, mind you not to fall asleep though. Take a walk through a greenhouse, if you can't get somewhere to take a walk, there are many colors, and scents that can calm you while you are there. Take up something quiet, like watching the clouds go by, watch the shapes that show up. Hope this helps, good luck.

        For reducing mental stress, the best way is to calm down yourself. Everybody may say meditation is the best. Unless and until your mind is cool you can't meditate. Change of location will also help

        Read a book. Take up journeling. I find writing things down in a journel book relaxing and keeps my mind free of whatever was stressing me out.

          Relax your mind, have a meditation or yoga or a visit at cheap spa days and enjoy their spa services.

          I suggest you to do something that you enjoy...
          I suffered from mental stress just few weeks ago, and I went shopping...and talk to my friends, (my boyfriend is the best) and I talked to my aunt...the feeling just getting better
