Well My Kitten Was Playing With A Fishing Lure While I Was Sleeping. It Turns Out When I Woke Up To Her Screams, The Hook Was Full Stuck Through The Bottom Of Jaw. What Do I Do?

The part of the hook which has the barb on it which is just behind the point of the hook will have to be cut off and the hook removed in reverse of the way it entered your kitten's jaw. Either that or the end of the hook closest to the lure will have to be cut and pulled through the kitten's jaw. Either option would most certainly require the services of a vet which I hope you have done by the time this answer reaches you.
