Why Can't I Loose Any Weight?

I try everything possible but nothings working!

    Take healthy meals 5 times a day. In that meal you can take diet milk,
    Boiled egg, chicken, boiled rice, digestive biscuits, fruits etc. But
    try to eat less. And you need 1 hour exercise and take lots of water.

    5 times meal in one day make your metabolism fast and active; and will help you to lose weight. This is how you can lose weight slowly but wont gain weight easily.

      I USED THE AGRESSIVE WAY WHEN NOTHING WORKED FOR MY OVEWEIGHT, I LOSED MY 30 Kgs(From 80 kgs to 50 kg) weight & 9 inches waist(From 38 inches to 29 inches) from following method in just one & half months.
      ..
      Try taking light low calorie breakfast,
      Limit lunch to just juice(Yes! This is the toughest thing) & then
      Take some sandwiches(or any low calorie food) as dinner at 07:00Pm(After full day of no food will make you too hungry to even wait till that time). You must say no to soft drinks & all junk food.
      Also take running exercise for half hour before breakfast & two,-three hours after dinner(& keep it extending till one hour time),

        Try eating a healthy meal in the morning 4 breakfast everyday. I SAID HEALTHY. Like oatmeal, apple, ans some oj! Work out more not just sports. And join tae kwon do like i told u b4, mckenna! I lost a LOT of weight :)
