Is it Virginia? I believe I have figured it out. See on the west coast, you have to worry about Tsunami's and Earthquakes. In the North, its too cold. In the South ,you have to worry about Hurricanes and very warm weather. The centre of America is basically tornado alley. To have little worries from weather, criminals, and natural disasters, I believe that some where in Virginia is the best place to live to avoid those things. Plus Charlottesville,VA is rated the best city in America.

Yeah, Virginia is a good place to live. I moved here (Richlands area, southwestern VA) from Wyoming about 5 years ago, and I love it!
