    The best exercises that helps one to lose weight are walking (the most), swimming and gym. Even if you practice light normal exercises at home this will help you a lot. Regular walking is also very helpful. Try doing sit up for five to tens minutes. Drink juices and eat less. Add vinegar in your diet this may help to burn fat.       The absolute best way to lose weight and keep it of is to do it slowly and over a period of time. Also with a properly balanced diet and exercise. Now to do the healthy eating does not mean that you can't have a treat now and then, that's fine, but to eat a balanced meal is beneficial to losing the pounds.
      I prepare a meal every night for our dinner, with a meat, a vegetable, and a grain or starch, meaning rice, potato, or pasta. The trick here is to eat in moderation, and if you want a snack, reach for the salad or the fruits.
      Don't over eat, buy smaller plates to eat from, this can play into tricking the eyes into thinking that there is the same amount of food there, kind of like an optical illusion.
      About 1/2 hour after you eat, go for a walk, though you probably ought to do this in the evening. You don't have to power walk to lose, you just have to walk enough to get the heart rate up a little, not to excess, and maintain the pace if you can.
      As time goes on, you can lengthen the time that you are out walking.
      You don't have to walk the same path every day to do this, walk through the park, or on the beach if you have one, or a lake.
      Once in a while, you can take a day off, heck, by then you will have earned it. Keep a constant in the diet and the exercise, before you know it, this is a part of your life that you are going to look forward to. Hope this helps, good luck.

        Healthy diet with healthy foods at hand don't deprive your self to the point of been really hungry and moody eat little and often and low in fat i walk every where i can its relaxing and really tones your legs swimming and bike riding are good too
