How Did The Romans Worship?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

The Romans had a great many gods and spirits.
The most common act they would make to any god was a sacrifice of some kind
from money up through food and wine right up to sacrificing a living animal the larger and more valuable the animal the more impressive the sacrifice was.
In thanks for something you really wanted or when asking for something that was really important to you, you would make the most generous sacrifice.
