Just massage your boobs a lot. I use Aloe Vera to do it. You rub in circular motions starting around the tit going out. You want to go even to the underarm to help circulation even more. What happens is that by doing that you get the blood flowing more easily. If you already have good sized boobs and you want bigger nipples, you suck on your nipples, Im not kidding, it works.
