One of the greatest places I ever had the pleasure to visit for a weekend was in the hills just outside Knoxville, called Blackberry Farm. The staff ratio when I was there was 8 staff to every guest, and you will be treated like royalty there. There are many things to do (it is not typically considered a family getaway--generally singles or couples, BTW). Their onsite chef staff are among the highest rated in the world.
