If you want to lower your cholesterol i think you can do this by changing your habits and your diets. If you eat a lot of salty things stop doing this. Stop drinking or smoking if you do these things, stop putting yourself in stressful situations. All these are forms to give you high blood pressure, also see your dr, if you are diagnosed with this then there are medication that you can take as well. Also, practice exercising,
