What Is Difference Between Ms-dos And Windows?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

DOS or Disk Operating System is the precursor to Windows and Windows is actually built off of a DOS platform. When you go to the C Prompt this is DOS. With DOS much more expertise and knowledge is needed in order to make the computer function as it does in Windows. Windows is more user friendly and adaptable with less knowledge required to make the system function as well as programs interact and operate as they do now.
