As of now Texas has only EUC (33 weeks extended benefits). EUC tier2 just began on April 12th..so if you exhausted your EUC tier1 back in Jan 2009 your entitle to tier 2 now.
If you just exhausted your regular 26 weeks..your entitle to the 33weeks of EUC if eligible.
