San Juan Capistrano is located in the southern part of Orange County in California in the United States of America. Its exact geographic location is 33°29′58″N and 117°39′42″W. It is situated about 23 miles to the southeast of Downtown Santa Ana.
The city was created around the Mission San Juan Capistrano and most of the homes here resemble the old Spanish architecture. Among these you will also find a couple of strip malls. This area is known for its variety of homes; of all shapes and areas and designs catering specially to the upper class and others who can afford to have homes here. If observed carefully, you will notice that there is a certain 18th Century feel to the place. Its population was said to be close to 35000 according to the last census.
