What Are Some Ways I Can Cheer Myself Up If I'm Feeling Sad Or Depressed?

    Exercise is the fastest, least expensive way to keep yourself from remaining depressed.  Counselors can help but they can be costly and the results are not immediate (but perhaps longer lasting than other methods).  Call your friends and get out of the house.  Don't drink because alcohol, as you probably already know, is a depressant and you'll feel even worse tomorrow (unless you meet someone at the bar, but that never happens when you want it to).

      I feel that way to. What i do is lay down and listen to my favorite music or watch my favorite movie and sometimes i feel better. Hope this works:)
