Who Makes Preppy Woven Jacquard Ribbon?

I have a business making purses with preppy woven jacquard ribbon (themed with whales, lacrosse sticks, alligators, flip flops, ect.) but can not find where it is manufactured. It is still too expensive to buy it wholesale so we would like to buy it direct, does anyone know where I can find it?
