What Is The Best & Fastest Way To Defrost A Frozen Food?
I am a student who usually comes home near dinner time with hunger. I like to keep meat, fries, frozen pizza in the freezer so they can last for a long time. I don't like using microwave to defrost them every time I want to cook them coz that's not healthy. Putting them in hot water is also not practical coz it takes long time and they will get wet. Does anyone know other solutions? Thanks.

It is said by food experts that the SAFEST way to thaw out food is to put in in the refrigerator. Most of the things you mention can be cooked straight from the freezer.

I agree because it is the safest. Microwaving seems to defrost foods unevenly.
The best common way that doesn't damage the food when you defrost it is filling the bowl with water and leaving the frozen food in there. It can take a while but it has its benefits.
