Yes...I think that a teacher should get bonuses if their classes rate higher than the classes the same as another teacher teaches. I think that way too many teachers are just there to collect a paycheck and I think the ones who put more effort into actually helping the students learn at an equal level and helping those who need help should be compensated.

There are some teachers who are in classroom but do nothing.i m sure most of us had one of those teachers at some point throughout our education life.
