    Granted this is not a healthy suggestion, so if your care about health do not do it. I am not endorsing it for anyone else, but i personally know that i havea a body image problem and im willing to live with it. I eat between 200 and 400 calories a day and load up on water and multi vitamins, contrary to popular belief you do not actually feel like you are "starving" i eat multiple times a day but it consists of plain chicken  breast and fruit and plain salad. I feel full and drop 5 to 7 lbs a week. Exercising during this diet is key. It burns extra calories for maximum lose, we're talking 10 lbs a week. And also keeps the well known regain when you go back to normal diet. By exercising it keeps your body from going into starvation mode. Also weight train you dont want to lose muscle just fat. The more muscle you gain the more calories your body burns from just sitting there. Strength training is key.. And to all the others that will reply to this telling me im messed up .. I dont care, i know its unhealthy but im 20 id rather have a bomb body.

    When i said the well known regain i misphrased i ment the i keeps the well known regain of the weight when you stop the diet from happening
