Just insert your device when it appears in my computer right click on it than click on format and then press quick format option than press ok than a message will appear click ok after reading it your device will be formatted

I do thank individuals and group. I have had the 16GB for months but it became syncronyzed when I loaned it to a relative in N.C. Then showed only 4.3GB and nothing worked. I used diskdigger, then emptied it completely, but the file system of FAT32 was gone and I've not be able to sucessfully use or afraid to send to family with pics, music,video etc as they say doesn't allow download. I will try the method and will get back for thanks, I hope. Or yet to try one more time. I do have a 4GB .
