In order to enable cookies on AOL, follow the given instructions:
Go to the My AOL menu bar, and click on the Preferences option. If you happen to be using a different version of AOL, namely the 7.0 or the 8.0 versions, then go to the Settings option and click on Preferences from there. Then, click on the WWW option. In the Security tab, click on the Custom Level option. You will see that the Internet icon is already highlighted by default. Then scroll down to the Cookies part. From the option called as Allow per-session cookies which is not stored as yet, choose Enable. Click on OK twice, and shut the Preferences dialogue box.
The browser may have stored several of its settings. The best way to make sure if tha modifications happen would be to shut AOL entirely and then start it again.
