    Youth mentoring is the procedure of identical caring, concerned adults with youthful people who may be at danger. The adult is more often than not unrelated and works as a unpaid assistant in a community, school or church based on a social service.

    The benefits of Youth mentoring are that young people most likely stay in school, they have a tendency to gather grades, it helps improve self-esteem, and they are most likely to use drugs or alcohol and even learn to get along with others.

    Youth mentoring helps youngsters give a positive outcome for adults and their communities.
