I Have A Vehicle But No Title, What Should I Do?
I purchased a car and the person i purchased the car from, still had a lean on the title. I am looking to get the car titled in my name. I have been unable to contact the "owner" and have had the car for more than a year.

If i were you i would take that person to court because without the title they could tow your vehicle
