    Australia has a very huge variety of unique animals. There are around 93 per cent of amphibians, 90 per cent of fish and insects, around 83 per cent of mammals and around 89 per cent of reptiles.  

    The land of Australia is home to more than 800 species of different birds. Around 200 different species of sea-birds are found on the coast of Australia. One of the most famous birds found on the sea-coast of Australia is the 'Australian Pelican'.

    Australia is also famous for its Kangaroos. However tree kangaroos are found in Australia as wells as New Guinea. Australia is also home to some other animals like the Koala, a species which is not found anywhere else in the world.
