Take the dress to the dry cleaners and ask can they clean it with out damage to the decorations on the dress or is there anyway to clean the decorations without ruining the dress,I'm sure cleaning will be tedious,but ask..good luck to you

At jewelry stores they sell a cloth that cleans silver.. And its dry so it should not harm anything else on the dress. Just carefully clean the buttons.
