    Why Would Our Central Heat And Air Fan Work When Blowing Heat Or Cold, But Not When Turned To Continuous "on" Position?

    We keep our heating & air conditioning unit's fan turned to the on position, rather than the auto position, to keep our air circulating. The fan has quit working now when there isn't heat on or cooling on. We have replace the thermostat & the control board inside of the unit. Help.

    I'd bet the switch is broken, I have a heater that does the same thing.

      The motor on the blower could be faulty you must determine is it direct drive motor or belt driven? Check power at blower also check capacitor if direct drive.
