X-ray taken for injured leg found this dark spot about the size of a quarter. The dr. Called it a bone island. Is this cancer?

The bone island is also called enostosis, which is a compact bone in cancellous bone. This is benign and not cancer. Although it looks like bone cancer by metastatic prostate caner, but it is entirely benign. The enostosis is diagnosed incidentally and does not cause problem.
