My jack Russel has been throwing up yellow liquid,her diarrhea is strong smelling,she is dizzy and off balance,no interest in food or water.had her to vet,no ear infection. Any suggestions?

It could be a bug that going round, if it doesn't get any better i would take the dog to the vets
