I think either straight or gay, people will treat you how you let them, if you don't like the rude remarks, tell him, as it maybe an anger issue with him, also to finish your question, I don't know how long you have been in a relationship with him to say if he loves you, I would proceed with caution. I don't think it is his first time, and I think it sounds like he is looking for an excuse out afterward, all he will have to say is he decided to be straight and move on, leaving you hurt, just be careful!
