The answer is yes, and not really.
"Not really", nothing that specific. Although aim for aerobic exercise (something that gets your heart beating) and exercise that moves your legs and torso especially.

Most people can find some sort of exercise that they enjoy. For many the key is finding a friend who wants to come along, too.
Other people find it easier to fit exercise in if it's part of their routine. If you can walk to take the bus and walk at the other end to your workplace/school/shops, then that will mean more actiivity than if you drove. It might take half an hour more out of your day, but look at it as time to clear your mind, maybe breathe some fresh air, and get some valuable exercise, and it won't seem like time wasted.
