    I'm 16 And Got My Period At Age Thirteen, And Have Had Regular Periods Since Then. Last Year I Had An Accident And Tore My Pancreas. Now I Haven't Gotten My Period Since Feb. What's Wrong?

    I also went on a mild diet at this time, but i don't think it was enough for me to lose my period.

    I advise you to visit a gynecologist for complete gynecological examination, hormonal investigations and ultrasound. The damage to pancreas alone will not cause amenorrhea. There might be some other problems.
